Stop bouncing between TCGPlayer, WatchCharts, BrickLink, and Discogs. CollectFolio pulls live market data into a single dashboard.

How it works

Three steps from spreadsheet to a real portfolio view.

  1. 01

    Add your items

Type a name or paste a PSA cert number. We auto-pull card sets, LEGO numbers, watch references, and Discogs IDs.

  2. 02

    Get live valuations

Weekly price updates from seven marketplaces. We aggregate the median — not the highest hopeful listing.

  3. 03

    See real returns

Cost basis, current value, all-time and annualized return — per item and across your whole portfolio.

Questions collectors actually ask

What is CollectFolio?
CollectFolio is a cross-category collectibles portfolio manager. Add items to a single dashboard and we pull live market data from TCGPlayer, BrickLink, WatchCharts, Discogs, and eBay sold listings. You see total value, returns, and category breakdowns — instead of juggling five spreadsheets.
Which collectible categories do you support?
At launch: Pokemon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh trading cards; LEGO sets and minifigures; luxury and indie watches; vinyl records. Sneakers, coins, and comics are on the roadmap for late 2026.
Where do the prices come from?
We aggregate median sold prices from primary marketplaces — not asking prices. For cards: TCGPlayer market price and eBay recent sales. For LEGO: BrickLink used/new and eBay. For watches: Chrono24, WatchCharts, and eBay sold. For vinyl: Discogs. Each item shows the source and date.
Can I import my existing collection?
Yes. CSV import at launch covers all four categories with the fields collectors actually track. For graded cards, we accept PSA cert numbers and auto-pull grade, year, set, and population data.
How do you handle insurance valuation?
Generate a PDF valuation report with one click. It includes every item, current market value, sources, and dates. Most major collectors insurers (American Collectors, Collectibles Insurance Services, Hughey Insurance) accept it as supporting documentation.
Is my collection data private?
Yes. Your portfolio is private by default. We never share item-level data with third parties. Anonymous, aggregated category trends may inform future market reports, but never individual positions.
When does CollectFolio launch?
Closed beta in Q3 2026. Public launch in Q4 2026. Join the waitlist for early access — beta users get lifetime pricing locked in.
