For PSA, BGS, CGC graded and raw

The Pokemon card collection tracker built for serious collectors

Track graded slabs, raw cards, sealed product, and Japanese variants in one portfolio. Live median prices from TCGPlayer and eBay sold. See real ROI on every Charizard you own.

Graded trading card slab

The spreadsheet problem

You started with one row in a Google Sheet for your Base Set Charizard. Then a BGS 9.5 Lugia. Then three booster boxes. Then twenty more PSA 10s. The sheet is now a 200-row monster with formulas you stopped trusting six months ago.

And the prices — when did you last update them? Pokemon card values can swing 30% in a quarter. A spreadsheet with stale numbers is worse than no tracking at all.

What CollectFolio does for Pokemon collectors

Paste a PSA cert number

We pull grade, year, set, card number, and the population report for that exact grade. No more typo'd card names.

Median sold, not asking

We aggregate recent eBay sold listings at the exact grade. No $50,000 "buy it now" outliers skewing your portfolio value.

Sealed product, separate

Booster boxes, ETBs, and tins tracked as their own line items with TCGPlayer market + eBay sold as sources.

Japanese variants

Japanese Base Set, Eeveelutions, and modern sets priced from Yahoo Auctions Japan and Buyee-eBay crossover.

Cost basis tracking

Record what you paid. We calculate all-time ROI and annualized return per card and across your collection.

Insurance reports

One-click PDF for your insurer — every card, grade, value, source, and date.

Pokemon tracker FAQ

Does CollectFolio track PSA, BGS, and CGC graded cards?
Yes. Paste any PSA, BGS, or CGC cert number and we auto-pull grade, year, set, card number, and the population report for that grade. Raw (ungraded) cards are tracked separately with manual price entries.
How are Pokemon card prices calculated?
For graded cards, we use the median of recent eBay sold listings filtered to the exact grade, plus the TCGPlayer market price for raw and Japanese variants. Sealed product (booster boxes, ETBs) is tracked via TCGPlayer and eBay sold.
Can I track vintage cards (Base Set, Neo, etc.)?
Yes. We have full coverage of Base Set (1999) through recent Scarlet & Violet releases. Vintage Japanese cards are supported via dedicated Japanese marketplace sources.
What about sealed product like booster boxes?
Sealed product is a first-class category — booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Collection Boxes, tins, and graded sealed cases each get their own price line. We track both Japanese and English sealed separately.
When does the Pokemon tracker launch?
Pokemon is the first category we are building out for the closed beta. Join the waitlist to be notified when card tracking opens.
