CollectFolio takes privacy seriously. This page covers what we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the page you signed up from. When you use the product (post-launch), we collect the collection data you enter and the analytics events you trigger in the app.
What we do not collect
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your collection data to train AI models. We do not run cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.
Cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled site-wide. It is cookie-free and does not collect personal identifiers. Google Analytics is not used. Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps) is opt-in and not enabled by default.
Where your data lives
Waitlist emails and (post-launch) collection data are stored in Cloudflare D1 databases. D1 stores data in SQLite files distributed across Cloudflare's network. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@collectfolio.com. We respond within 7 days.
Changes to this policy
We will notify waitlist subscribers by email before any material change takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
