These terms cover your use of CollectFolio. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

CollectFolio provides portfolio tracking and valuation tools for collectibles. During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge. After public launch, paid tiers will be available as described on the pricing page.

Valuations are estimates

All valuations produced by CollectFolio are estimates based on aggregated marketplace data. They are not professional appraisals. For insurance claims, legal matters, or transactions over $25,000, we recommend a formal appraisal from a certified professional.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it to train AI models. See the privacy policy for details.

Refund policy

For paid subscriptions, we offer prorated refunds within 30 days of any charge. Contact billing@collectfolio.com.

Termination

You can terminate your account at any time. We will delete your data within 90 days of termination, sooner on request.

Disclaimer

CollectFolio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on valuations, market data, or any other information provided by the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
